Provide evidence of your knowledge and / or ability to prepare the deceased (based on actual preparation or observation).
Describe what is done, how and why. Identify any challenges or problems that may have occurred and explain how these issue/s are addressed. A minimum of 4 deceased should be included.
The outcome must be witnessed by another funeral director who will sign a witness statement.
