A replacement certificate of funeral service awareness training or diploma qualification can be provided if you have lost or damaged the original. There is a cost of £12.50 for this service.
Please note: Replacement diploma certificates can take up to 21 working days to prepare. If you graduated prior to 2019, the certificate may take up to 30 days to prepare from the archive records.
Only one duplicate certificate can be provided should loss or damage occur to the original document.
Fees of £12.50 apply – inclusive of Royal Mail 1st Class Sign For Service.
