Describe what is done, how and why. Identify any challenges or problems that may have occurred and explain how these issue/s are addressed. A minimum of 4 deceased should be included.
The outcome must be witnessed by another funeral director who will sign a witness statement.

NAFD Guidance: If possible, the student should include evidence of the preparation of a child /baby, young adult, differences in weight and stature. Did the cause of death impact upon preparation? What impact have the challenges or problems had on the student, their team or the business?
David: Give a brief overview of the preparation procedure in general terms then describe 4 cases including the examples shown above to show you have breadth of experience. Describe the differences for each of the 4 cases.
